From start to finish, Jamie understands that communication is as important as the standard of the job. All of his team where always early each day and worked a full day, which is great to see. They were all genuinely there to crack on and get the job done. Once each job was complete Jamie would inspect and discuss if we were happy? If not, he'd arrange to have things adjusted or changed, and quickly. The area of the work was always kept tidy at the end of each day and things put nearly to one side. On full completion, everything was tidied up and left as though they'd never been. Overall, we are very pleased with the standard of the work and Jamie's communication.

Jamie and team recently completed a single storey rear extension for us. I chose Jamie because of all the builders who quoted, he appeared the most professional, knowledgeable and organised. In addition to this his quote actually came in slightly lower than others. Throughout the build Jamie was excellent to work with. He was easy to contact, even at quite unsociable hours and responded quickly to questions and queries. Anyone considering a project like this will appreciate how important ease of communication is when the majority of building work takes place when you are out of the house and at work yourself. The quality of workmanship is equally impressive. I'm a perfectionist by nature and difficult to please, however I have been consistently pleased with the standard of work in structural and aesthetic quality. The final major bonus which is important to share is the cleanliness with which he works. I had spent years getting my garden right prior to the build and was dreading the thought of diggers etc destroying all my hard work. Despite nearly 50 tons of waste being taken through by back garden and over my back wall, you could barely tell that they had been. Indeed the site was always left clean and tidy and Jamie went the extra mile doing things like pressure washing my drive to clear away any dust and dirt. This is not something I asked for or expected but demonstrated how much he respects your property. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Jamie and ABBS if you are considering a building project of any kind.

Jamie and his team where truly first class in there approach with everything. From our first meeting to the the last few days. The job came in on budget with out any hidden costs and on time. The architect Simon was also brilliant We would not hesitate to recommend ABBS to any of our friends and family.

We didn't have to chase Jamie once. COVID and weather set the build back by a couple of weeks, but Jamie rearranged his schedule to keep delays to a minimum. We are delighted with the result and wouldn't hesitate in using ABBS again.
